Noctis is a semi-professional chamber choir founded and directed by Francis Faux. The group consists primarily of graduates from Bath Spa University as well as other professional musicians from the South West. Our repertoire is diverse, ranging from sacred choral music to contemporary arrangements of popular songs and jazz standards.
Organum is a choir of around sixty members which was established in 1996 by local organist, Colin Hunt. It performs up to three programmes a year and contributes to a number of local charities and church development schemes through its concerts.We are currently recruiting new members of all ages in all parts, so please feel free to come along to a rehearsal at St Mary's RC church, Julian Road on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm to get a taste of what singing with us is like.
The Bath Chorus started in January 2009 and has a membership of 80 singers who are setting new standards as the leading mixed voice choir in Bath.
The Chorus is a young, friendly auditioned choir which is led by Grenville Jones with Francis Faux as deputy conductor and accompanist. Repertoire includes secular and sacred works by Bruckner, Chilcott, Rutter, Patrick Hawes, Moses Hogan and many more.
12 December 2009, 7.30 pm: Christmas Concert with Hayley WestenraBath Forum
The talented young soprano from New Zealand performed in Bath as a special guest in the Forum's annual Christmas concert with The Bath Chorus.
The choir sung a selection of popular Christmas music as well as two finales with Hayley, 'Sleigh Ride' and 'O Holy Night', which received a standing ovation.
1 May 2010, 7.30 pm: In Concert with Aled JonesBath ForumThe Bath Chorus and The City of Bath Male Choir were proud to support one of Britain's most popular choral celebrities in his return to the city. A rousing evening of hymns and other sacred music delighted a packed Bath Forum, which continues its tradition of hosting many of the world's most renowned singers.

The Bath Chorus were back in action with another festive treat, this time in conjunction with Last Choir Standing's ACM Gospel Choir.
Also appearing on stage after his showstopping performance as Dracula with the Zenith Youth Theatre was young star on the rise, Tom Corbishley.
11 December 2011, 7.30 pm: Christmas with Rhydian RobertsBath Forum
Since his X-Factor exploits, where his flamboyant dress sense and unpredictable hairstyles were almost expected, he has released three albums, the first going platinum and subsequent ones featuring collaborations with living legends, Kiri Te Kanawa and Bryn Terfel. He joined the Bath Chorus and the Stockingtops in concert for a Christmas Special at the Forum.
Corsham Choral Society is a mixed-voice choir of around 50 members drawn from the town itself and the surrounding area which embraces Bath, Chippenham and Melksham. Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings at 7.30 pm in Corsham Town Hall where we also perform our smaller scale concerts.
The Good Afternoon Choir is for anyone interested in singing and meets on Thursday afternoons in the centre of Bath from 2pm to 4pm at the United Reformed Church in Argyle Street - come in the side entrance to the Church and we are upstairs in the Argyle Hall.
There are no auditions and the music varies from well-known songs of yesteryear to ABBA!
The choir celebrated their first anniversary in 2010 with a joint concert with the Bangor Ladies Choir from Nothern Ireland.
