Francis Faux is a passionate and inspirational conductor who is known for his exhilarating and flamboyant choral directing.
He currently directs his own award-winning chamber choir, Noctis, and is an associate lecturer at Bath Spa University.
In 2014, after a sellout performance of The Armed Man at Bath Abbey, he founded Lucis, which quickly established itself as one of the leading amateur choirs in the South West.
Since then, he has toured the UK and internationally to the Czech Republic, Italy and the United States, and his singers have performed with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Distinguished Concerts Orchestra, Bath Philharmonia, the Southern Sinfonia and the Lochrian Ensemble in many prestigious concert venues including Carnegie Hall, Cadogan Hall, Wiltshire Music Centre, Bristol Cathedral and Bath Abbey.
